Van City Trees proudly offers cannabis delivery services to a wide range of locations in and around the GTA. Our primary service areas include:

Delivery Hours
We provide cannabis delivery 7 days a week, ensuring you get your products when you need them. Our standard delivery hours are:
Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Orders placed after our delivery hours will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Fees & Minimum Order Requirements
To maintain efficiency and affordability, we have set minimum order requirements and delivery fees based on your location:
Toronto & Nearby Areas: Minimum order of $50, free delivery.
Outer GTA Locations: Minimum order of $70, small delivery fee may apply.
Exact fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time
Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be processed for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
Our average delivery time is 60–120 minutes, depending on your location and order volume.
Age Verification & ID Requirements
As per Canadian law, all customers must be 19+ to purchase cannabis products. Upon delivery, a valid government-issued ID must be presented to verify age. If ID verification is not successful, the order will be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Interac E-Transfer
Instructions for E-Transfers will be provided upon checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with estimated delivery time and updates on your order’s status.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Van City Trees, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are final. However, we do allow returns and refunds under certain conditions:
Return Eligibility
Returns may be considered only if:
You receive the wrong product.
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The order is missing an item.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cannabis products.
Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

Provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for next steps.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds will be issued via store credit or original payment method.
Exchanges will be processed based on available inventory.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch without penalty.
If an order is canceled after dispatch, a restocking fee may apply.
